Announcements—16 January 2023

1. We will do our dojang community service project Saturday, January 21, 2023 (weather permitting). We will meet at the dojang at 2:30 PM and pick up trash in the parking lot (adults) and sidewalk (kids) for about an hour. Please be sure to dress appropriately (coats, hats, and gloves) as the weather will be a bit chilly.

2. Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 4 to 8 PM, we will have our first "Parent Night Out" for the new dojang. As always, we will play games, do some taekwondo, eat pizza, and end with a Nerf War game. Please bring your own Nerf gun, ammunition, and water. The cost is $40 per person. Bring a friend (not currently a student) and your cost, as well as their cost, will be $30!

3. The Hanmadang is returning to Colorado Springs in July. This is an international competition and a fantastic opportunity for our students. There are events for breaking, creative breaking, traditional forms, creative forms, weapon forms, and more. There is a 15% discount if you sign up by Sunday, January 29, 2023.
